gandang araw... naka 457 visa ako isang taon na nagtatrabaho sa nursing agency medyo shakey kasi minsan walang shift... at ang pathway to perma res medyo minsan tumatagild performance based kasi... ens na lang paraan sa mga umeedad na na nars na tulad ko ... kayu ano mga experiences niyo as 457 vis holders na agency nars???
