@mugsy27 Hi po, di daw po kase sila nag iisue ng COE na may job description. So ang gagawin ko po sana is gumawa ng statutory declaration na nakaprint yong duties ko tapos ipapasign ko sa dati ko teamlead tapos pa notarize.. though may standard COE po ako at other documents, yong job description lang talaga na may letterhead ang wala.. Okay po kaya yon ?

@mugsy27 Hello tanong ko din, what if walang ITR ka maprovide kasi di ka naman binabawasan ng tax, also, payslips wala na since it was three years ago. ang kaya mo lang maprovide is SSS and phil health, tapos you have naman the updated COE with complete details signed by the GM, updated naman as of 2018. may chance kaya na magrant yung claim mong experience on this? @Hendro @batman @jeffasuncipn

@jeffasuncipn I see... hopefully, macredit yung isang company sayang naman experience doon. wala lang kasing ITR, kaya di na pinagawan ng CDR ng agent... anyway, hoping na.makaclaim din doon... Thank you!

@mugsy27 correct... kasi nanghihinayang din ako sa maclaim ko na experience from there because of no ITR. advise kasi ng agent is to forget about it since 13 months lang naman daw, all supporting details naman were provided except ITR talaga... definitely agree. hahaha.

so, basically kapag na grant ba yun PR visa. hindi naman necesssary na umalis agad? nakita ko lang sa thread mo. hehe.

Hello po, paadvice naman po regarding sa CV. May certain format po ba? Nabasa ko yung sa MSA Booklet na dapat chronological order of employment and not projects. But for my case po kasi, 1 company plng po experience ko so 1 lang ilalagay ko sa CV? Ano pa po mga dapat ilagay? Like education, certifications, training? Needed po ba? Thanks!

And another thing po, can I really submit yung contract ko for RSEA? Kasi po di ba confidential yun dapat? Hindi po ba masama ang dating sa EA nun? Kaso yung number of working hours ko is andun sa contract. Thanks po!

@zirko RSEA is optional service from EA. If you want to claim Work experience, you would rather also pay for RSEA to have your skiledl work experience assessed.

@doublemint that’s right, it is not a prerequisite but for those doing things without an agent, it would be just easier to get it formally assessed so additional evidence can be provided in the Visa application stage. DHA gives high regards to such formal assessments. Being an agent, I can be braver to just use the actual immigration legislation as my argument/reference when claiming skilled work assessment only because we have access to these legislations from our professional library. I would wonder how a non-agent will be able to defend their claim on Work experience without a proper assessment. Anyway, regardless, I still advise my clients to avail of the RSEA. That way, we have a stronger case to present since we can use the actual assessment results as evidence for the work experience at the same time referencing the facts stipulated in the immigration legislation.

@gandara i agree. That’s why I recommend such to my clients as well. It’s an evidence you can use to your own benefit.

@Kcm just to make you aware, EA requires an employment reference letter and not COE. The difference between the two is that COE only confirms the employment of the employee in the company. Hence, if you ask HR, definitely they will advise you that they don’t put job duties in a COE because that’s not really found in such document. I instruct my clients to write a draft reference letter confirming their employment and outlining their tasks. We review them first and once satisfactory, that’s when they go the their employers to get it signed. 98% always works for us.

@RheaMARN1171933 it works for us too...every company don't usually issue COE with duties & responsibilities so what we did was my husband outlined all his duties and have it signed by his old employers...yng first employer nya dissolved n yng company but we are lucky enough to find his old boss kya sya nagsign...

@gandara I noticed that this is the confusion amongst people here in the forum. The issue is the term used. COE shouldn’t be requested but an employment reference letter instead. Otherwise people will encounter such issue.

@RheaMARN1171933 tama po. Ako nagpaalam sa he manager buti ok lang sinabi ko na for visa sya. Kalak o hndi papayag. Ang sabi ko kasi lahat nmn n data or info na ilalAgay ay tungkol sakin kaya walang mgiging problema

Hello po sa lahat.... sino po ba dito yung bago lang talaga na approved sa EA assessment? Pwede po ba makahingi ng complete list of documents/requirements, parang "checklist" nyo po na ginamit prior to uploading your documents dun sa EA website. Please.. sana po pwedeng ma eshare, para may 2nd reference din po kami na hindi pa nakapag upload.

@gandara Thank you so much for sharing :-) Yung sakin, di ko nalang po cguro e susubmit yung ITR ko kasi di ko na ma retrieve yung 4 years ago :-( ...... SSS Contribution; Payslip; PhilHealth Contributions nalang cguro.

Naka PDF po ba lahat, including CDR; Summary Statement and CPD?? :-)
