@cacophony bro regarding sa pag change mo ng civil status from never married to engaged, I think it shouldn’t be an issue.
Pero if you would like to add your partner in your existing application, dapat married na kayo or in a de facto relationship (living together). If you get married after the lodging your visa, you need to update your application and inform the CO through changes of circumstances form 1022 before they make a final decision on your visa. You will also need to submit evidences of your relationship and additional documents related to your partner.

Hi guys panu ba maka kuha ng HAP ID sa Visa 190, im trying to get one pero wala sa option Visa 190 sa IMMI.. Do we need to lodge first and wait for CO to ask for it?

May nakapag sagot na po sa inyo sa June thread, you can choose 189 since both naman ay Permanent residency visa.

@auyeah thanks po! I asked my cousin from OZ din and he seems to have had no problems with it. He was approved of Subclass 300 two years ago, ika nya CO had him and his wife handwrite their love story from how they started to how they have communicated while both are apart. Going to follow the same path. But for now, I plan to propose siguro after ng IED to have engagement documented for solid backing.

Hi i'm new here. Question lang may idea kayo when ung possible estimated release ng invi kung naka 80pts na? Kasi last 1st week of June inupdate ko na eoi ko. Got 10pts additional sa pte plus 5 sa partner kasi skilled din tas additional 5 para sa 1yr work exp dito as RN. Pero up. Until now wala pa rin ako invi. Magexpire n visa ko this August tad EOI ko this October

Nacheck ko na and nagemail ako ulet sa iscah kanina before ako nagsign up dito. Waiting pako anu response nila. Base sa iscah estimated is August 11 pa. Eh magexpire visa ko 7th ng August. Ayoko na sana magrenew ng student visa. Still hoping na mabigyan ako invi by 1st week of July.

Hi po , I have lodged my 489 visa yesterday. Napaicp lng po if need ko dn upload English exam ng partner ko even though ndi ko icclaim partner points. Ndi ko po kc nilagay kc wla s option for partner. Please enlighten me.

Wala po bang English Requirement for partner sa visa 489? Sa 189/190 po kasi meron kaya kailangan ng Certificate of English as Medium of Instruction (CEMI) or if walang CEMI, PTE/IELTS Results kahit na di claiming for partner points. I guess it shouldn’t be a problem naman po kung iuupload nyo yung English exam results ni partner

Related po ba sa nominated occupation nyo yung ginagawa nyo sa family business kaya gusto nyo syang ipa-assess?

I am not sure with your occupation pero in our case yung reference letter should be written by a supervisor / senior colleague / hr and must contain the complete details of the employment (start date, working hours per week, duties and responsibilities, position name and etc) and dapat nasa company letterhead. Makaka-secure ka ba ng ganung letter sa business nyo or if wala maybe you can check the requirements na ginagawa ng self-employed individuals? I’m not an expert on this pero baka mas marami po maka help sa inyo General Skilled Migration na discussion

Guys we need some advice regarding our 190 app.. My partner (defacto) is the Main applicant, we both have a child from our previous relationship. The problem is she cannot secure the consent for her daughter from her ex husband for some "ampalaya reason". so she opted to file a custody case in court which will take maybe a year or more. We have until July 20 to lodge our Visa everything's ready naman na sana..
Our question is how can we proceed with the lodging, we should include her in migrating member? or in the non migrating member? TIA guys.

As of today the processing time for visa 190 is this:
Processing times
75% of applications: 9 months
90% of applications: 13 months

Required ba yung consent from ex husband during visa lodge? If hindi required and you decided to include her as a migrating member, medyo matagal naman yung processing time and baka makakuha naman kayo ng consent during this timeframe or manalo din kayo sa custody case sa court. Pero ayun may risk lang din ito since hindi din talaga natin alam yung exact timing ng grant. If you decide na di muna sya mag migrate with you, you can sponsor her siguro naman in the future. Perhaps you can get better advice from a migration expert / lawyer concerning your situation.

@cres_rod hi. Similar case with a friend of mine, the good thing is visa granted na sila.

Nagconsult na kayo sa lawyer? One year ba yung custody case result? Ilan taon pala yung bata na ayaw bigyan ng consent ng father? Saan pala ang bata naka stay na parent ngayon?

Pag ang bata is dependent ng primary applicant, needed magsecure ng release sa isang parent na dadalhin sa Aussie ang bata. Pero pag non migrating ang bata, mag state si primary applicant ng ng stat declaration at reason bakit hindi nya isasama si anak sa migration. Kausapin muna si parent na mag sign sya ng consent baka kya naman..

@lecia yah we have our lawyer na mag file ng custody case.the lawyer said bka abutin tlaga ng 1 year...she's 8 y/o pa lang kasi.. kaya may custody documents na required sa IIMI.. nyway she already exerted her effort to secure the said consent pero to no avail talaga..
anu pala ginawa ng friend mo? did they manage to get the consent or kinuha n lng nila later on?

@cres_rod non migrating yung anak nya, nag stat declaration sya na hindi muna makakasama dahil ayaw mag sign nung isang parent. Naka state din sa stat declaration na in the future may posibility na kukunin nya ang bata. After a year, nakuha din nya.

Bat ganun kahit naka 80 pts na still wala pa rin invitation for RN. Lugi kami nurses sa ibang pro rata kasi minimum nila is 80. Kami 65 pero until now walang invite. I actually hoped na nakakuha ako last night. Pero wala talaga. Nkakaapekto din ba ang anzsco code sa invite? Lalo kung NEC lang? Compared sa mga may specialty?

Attaching po yung Invitation results from ISCAH this July. Mukhang inuna po nila yung mga backlog nung mga nakaraang buwan na 80 pointers and above. This round tumaas na uli ang invite from 100 naging 800 - 1200 accdg sa ISCAH.

@Rual madami po ksing 80 pointers na hindi pa naiinvite mula noong April kasi nag cut off na sila. Last April ang naiinvite lang po 85-100 pointers. I dont want to give false hope po, pero ganun na ngyon ang trend, pataasan ng points, hindi na skilled workers ang need nila, HIGHLY skilled kumbaga, nasa immigration news po yan kasi expected na ang outcome.

Sagad na po ba ang points nyo? Sa naalala ko dahil 65 points ako dati, ang estimated invites sa akin eh, “expired EOI before invite”.. Email ni Iscah yan, kasi matagal din ako hindi nainvite pero nagpursige akong maka superior sa PTE. Ganun halos ginagawa dito. Yung iba included ang partner to gain points..

Check nyo Iscah sa trend ng ITA.

@Rual sir para alam mo din ang expectation nowadays - to be honest if makikita nyo sa prediction ng Iscah - 65 points is always equivalent to expired eoi before invite. EOI is valid for 2 years - so in short 65 points means walang chance mainvite kasi after mag expire ng EOI mo gagawa ka ng panibago then mag start ng bagong date of effect.. anyways I know gets mo na din ang nais ipaliwanag nito.
Majority of the applicants knows this kaya naman halos lahat nagpupursige to obtain higher points kasi ika nga, yun na ang labanan.
Sobrang highly competitive ng mga applicants ngayon hindi lang mga pinoy pero yung ibang lahi din kaya naman if you want na ma guarantee ang inyong invite, no other way but magpursige din (gaya ng lahat) na magpataas ng points.
And ang points is depende pa din sa nominated occupation.
Ang 75 points ng nominated occupation A may be good enough, pero pagdating sa nominated occupation B - ang points e nagstart sa 85.
Kilalanin ang inyong mga kalaban sa inyong nominated occupation. If lahat sila puro masisigasig - kailangan sumabay kayo sa laban. Wag maghintay kasi matatabunan at matatabunan lang kayo ng high pointers.
65 points is mataas way back 2016.
75 as of last year. I know napakahirap na maka obtain ng 85 points nowadays kaya sana naman wag iyan ang maging trend and gaya nga ng sabi nila inuuna lang na invite yung mga 80 pointers na hindi napansin sa mga nakaraang buwan bilang konti ang available slot.
65 pointers din ako dati, 6 months walang invite. May nabasa din ako dito 1 year under 65 points wala din invite.

Goodluck sa inyo. Marami pang means to add points, explore those options as soon as possible.

I already got 80 lys max. Nagclaim nako partner 5 pts. Plus superior level pte kaya nakuha ko is 80pts. Nagemail let ako sa iscah asking bakit wala ako nareveive invite regardless sa assessment nila sakin na by this july makuha ko sya.
