I have a spare room furnished with a double bed and a built-in WIR. May bus stop 1 minute walk from the house that goes straight to the perth cbd/busport (15 minute travel). May shops sa labas, IGA/chemist/gym/newsagency/hardware which is about 3-5 minute walk. 5 minute bus ride to the shops/shopping centre(woolies/coles/aldi/others). Close sa mga parks for jogging/walking and fitness.
I will only entertain short-term rentals from 2 weeks to at most 4 months. Perfect sa mga nagtatry magsettle sa Perth while looking for a more convenient location for accomodation. Rent is $140 per week including utilities (electricity, water, internet). Kung couple kayo, I will consider but the rent will increase.
You will share the house with me. I work during the day Mondays-Fridays. Kumpleto yung house ng necessary furnitures/fixings/appliances. May backyard ako and might have a dog soon-ish. Send me a message if this interests you.
