Room for Rent (for small family only)

I know it is always difficult to look for a room to rent for small families like us. So I am posting this to help our fellow Filipino immigrants.

We have one bedroom available starting next week. These are the requirements:

- small family only (maximum 2 kids)
- $200 weekly rent
- plus $50 monthly electricity share
- a family who don't drink and smoke
- solo bathroom and toilet room
- spacious backyard
- solo lounge room
- gas, internet, water are included
- minimum 4 months of stay
- no deposit needed
- advance 1 month payment method
- pets are not allowed
- fully furnished 3 bedroom house
- 2 car garage
- 7 bus stops from the train station
