Bumili lang ako ng unan sa kmart then bumili ng kawali at 2 pcs na plato para makakain. 1 week puro tuna(pronounce as CHUNA lol) at itlog kinakain ko. hahaha

Nung dumating mag ina ko bumili lang muna ng inflatable na kama tapos yung maleta namin ang ginagawang table para makakain. So we decided na need na bumili ng mga kelangan, tska kami bumili ng kama, ref, washing machine, dining set, sofa, tv etc. Pikit mata nalang muna at kaskas sa card. haha

naka 1 year na kami nakabawi bawi naman nadin sa mga nagastos at sumikip na ang bahay sa mga gamit na napundar kaya we are looking for a bigger space na. hehe

Sa mga mag BM na may anak na mag school iconsider nyo din sa gastos yung uniform may kamahalan ang uniform kahit free tuition sa public school. Uniform kasi is pang ibat ibang season(summer, winter etc)

Good sharing salamat po.. BM po kami mid 2020 going southeast suburbs Melb. Yun pong sa townhouse rental sa simula how did it go po? Pa share po panu ... need po ba talaga may work para maka rent? Kahit na may substantial funds sa account need pa rin may work po? Appreciate po inputs pano i handle looking for rental space kahit small apartment lang po for wife and kid... salamat po uli.

In my experience medyo mahirap talaga mag apply ng property kung wala ka work. Sobra dami ko inapplyan na property noon and parati sa iba nabibigay ung property. Minsan sa Gumtree pag sinasabihan din ako ng landlords na need nila yung regular na sa work. Hindi mo din naman sila masisi.

Nung pag dating ko kasi dito syempre wala pa ako work pero may malaki laking funds ako sa bank account kaya mag sustain ng ilang months na rent pero ayun nga madami padin refusal. Pero naka swerte ako ng isang townhouse. So I think depende nalang talaga sa landlord kasi sila naman ang nag aapprove.

I suggest mag join ka sa mga filo groups sa FB like Pinoy AU Sydney. I'm sure meron nyan for Melbourne and mag post ka na nag hahanap ka ng temporary room or place. Kasi ganyan din ginawa ko for 1 month may Pinoy na nag pa rent ng room and dun ako nag stay hangang makahanap ng permanent place at work. Tska mas maigi na wag niyo na muna isama mga kids habang wala pang permanent place at mga gamit. Trust me mahirap mag commute commute at magastos. Once ma settle mo na ang place tska mo sila dalhin dito.

hahaha tumutulong lang as much as possible. Dito lang din kasi ako kumuha halos lahat ng info nung time na ako yung nag aapply. Malaking tulong talaga tong forum na to kasi based on each experience yung shinishare.

You can create an Immi Account then go to Import Application. Provide mo Reference Number(ask from your Agent), Date of Birth, Passport number at Country of Passport.

Hi, may nakausap ako na colleague about renting a property kahit wala pa work. Nkapg rent ung sis-in-law nya kahit wala pa work. Meron lang guarantor na meron work living also in SA. Hope this helps!

i noticed that with our PR visa, we can also enter NZ without a visa.
question is, hindi pa kami naka first entry sa australia since we got our grant, can we visit NZ directly?

yes i think pwede hindi naman sa address pinadala yung sa akin sa email lang. But need mo pa din ng address sa appliction. Libre lang application.

I am not sure regarding those who have not made first entry but for Au PRs you will still need to apply for NZeTA (New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority). Download the NZeTA app on your phone, enter your details and apply.

Nope. Just the cash... and you must declare if carrying an equivalent of AUD 10,000 or more, counting and converting other currencies.

How’s the Ncov being managed in Australia? We’ll be temporarily staying in a suburb in Sydney na highly populated by Chinese. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel our booking because it’s non refundable

Saang suburb po kayo mag stay?

In my observation here(Sydney), parang no big deal yung corona virus. No panic, bihira naka mask, parang wala wala lang.

Not sure sa mga suburbs na madami chinese like Burwood, Campsie etc.

Sis okay naman. Maganda ang NCOV management at border control dito. Nasa chinese community din ako nakatira dito sa Melbourne, okay naman sis walang threat or anything, basta boost your immune system

Yes! Totoo. Napansin ko din to. Malakas din maghoard sila ng mga hand sanitisers. I went to Priceline Box Hill kanina, bawal daw maghoard and only 2-3 bottles lang per customer allowed. Somehow, na-appreciate ko din naman kasi maraming international students/investors na Chinese satin. Siguro umuwi nung holidays at bago bago pa NCOV, di pa masyado nagrerestrict ang Australian border. Precautionary measures kumbaga.
