Hi, I’m breaking my lease. The room is 2km away from the CBD, 15mins walk to CBD. Its in South Hobart. Near to bus stations, groceries, cafes, restaurants and pharmacy. Females only, no couples, no pets please. 250$ per week fully furnished. Bills not included. Pinay roommate.
