We are looking for 1 person (working professional or working student) to rent the 3rd room in 3-bedroom apartment in Riverwood.

3 bedrooms, 2 toilet and bath, extra toilet in laundry & large balcony
Timber flooring in all rooms, living and dining areas.
Walking distance to medical centres, shops, restaurants, Australia post, police station and church.
Woolworths & Aldi are only 130meters away (2 minutes walk)
Bus stops and train station are less than 350meters (4-5 minutes walk)

Flatmate details:
You’ll be sharing the apartment with two Filipinas, both professionals and working full time.

Rates:
$170 per week, includes unlimited wifi, payable two weeks in advance.
Electricity & gas to be shared equally with the other two flatmates
