Student Visa and Lockdown

Just last week lng po I was still in Sydney, and then I went home here in the Philippines for a scheduled visit and then the lockdown happened. As a student Visa holder am I included in the travel ban?... if so how will this affect my visa (with the visa conditions etc.)

Unfortunate Australia expected you have arranged right away your flight back before the locked down or make another arrangement.
