You mean to find work in Australia and get sponsored for a temporary work visa? Or do you already have Australian PR?
If it's the former, it'll be difficult, as Australian employers prefer onshore applicants and AU citizens/PR, unless you have highly specialised skills that would be hard to find locally. A lot of companies, especially the small-medium ones, aren't so keen on sponsoring work visas, which is why they prefer citizens and PR. But check online job postings anyway for possibilities.
If it's the latter, you can try applying for jobs online (Seek, Indeed, or directly to the company), and indicate that you have AU PR and will be making the move to Australia.
