Hi, I need help. My partner and I are both PR and we got married here in Australia in 2019 through a celebrant. Since then, I never changed my last name, didn't update my civil status, nor registered our marriage at the Philippine Consulate. I just renewed my Philippine passport and I put in Single as my CS. Once I get my new passport, I will apply for Australian citizenship. My question is, should I put single on the application (this will reflect on my Philippine passport) or married? Would appreciate any help. Thanks.

@Janneh you should put married as your civil status when you lodge your citizenship application although I think you cannot use your partner's last name in the application
