within 28days kelangan maka reply. Kaya nga kaloka yang english ekek na yan. Tobight i email n namin ung required nila. May medium of communication naman kami nakuha nun sa Mapua kaya ipa certified nlng then send.

Mas ok nga yan kaysa ielts kasi di yan nageexpire...how long na wait mo?..4 mos 2 weeks ako before kinontak ng CO at humingi ng docs na di naman dapat hingin. Enimail ko head ng GSM Business Unit at binalikan yong application without submitting the docs requested and visa grant after 1 week. Goodluck

@shirlie good for you, at least alam mong may CO nang nagproprocress na papers mo.

I read in another forum, the CO first asked document for the functional english of the applicant's partner. After 28 days, the CO then asked for police clearance. Sana naman the CO should asked everything in one instance, hindi paisa-isa.

Yep, girl ung CO namin.

I don't think na iisa isahin pa request kasi sA email may naka attached na checklist at details ng requirement. For our case, each name namin nakalagay na no required/nil requirement then sa name ni hubby ung functional English lang talaga.

Last night we've attached the evidence for functional english ni hubby then the immi account status changed to assessment on progress. A pop up confirmation message stated that dept may proceed to make a decision without waiting until the end of the period. Hopefully a positive outcome na this coming week!

Ung IELTS padin at mga copy ng employment certificates as evidence. Since stage 2 na kasi kaya nasa isip namin dina ma question ung sa functional english dahil ang main pre requisite naman is ung one yr full time job at 2 yrs stay in designated states.

@Shirlie, you mean si hubby mo nag IELTS din dati and sinubmit nyo un? nagsaubmit kasi kami uli ng evidence of functional english coming from college and employer. Anyway, antay nalang kami kung ano hingin na document from us.
