Maximum file size reached in uploading documents...

Hi everyone!

As I was completing my uploading documents in the visa app page it says error, maximum uploading size of files reached. What to do next? I only uploaded 80% of my docs..can anybody shed light please? thank u..

The last file you were trying to upload is probably over 5mb, file size is not accumulated but each file must not exceed 5mb. Hope this helps. Thanks!

i have already re-sized the files..i just didnt think of scanning them in one file..i have uploaded a total of 72 files to be exact...any ideas on what to do? anyone has same experience?

Marami po ba kayo pictures? try nyo po I scan for example 2-4 pics in 1 page, tapos yung resolution medyo babaan nyo, lets say 200 or 300 max, then sa mga whole pages PDF po gamitin nyo na output. AS much as possible multiple docs na puede naman gawing isang file, gawin nyo po.

60 files lang po ang limit and 5MB max per file.

well I cant re-do it cause I have uploaded most of it already, I only have 10 pages left or so...my question is now that i cannot upload anymore, whats next?

The only option you have is to send it to your CO/Team email, mention to them your case and reason why you are sending the docs instead of uploading. You can only do so if you been allocated a CO, surely they will understand that.

During the stage that I am completing my docs, my CO is requesting to either upload it or send it via email.

Hi you can reduce byts of the image file by using Microsoft office Picture manager.

Just right click the jpeg file select open width then select Microsoft office. The image will open using Microsoft office Picture manager. Select Picture edit, sa right side may adjustment on how to reduce the picture then select save as.
