There are several corporate jobs listed in the occupation list. You will have to specialise & nominate one of those jobs as your occupation when you apply for a skilled immigrant visa. I came here on a 489 state sponsored visa and my nominated occupation was marketing specialist.

Note that some corporate jobs, such as marketing specialist, can only be sponsored by an employer for a short-term 482 visa. So if you want to stay here permanently, you will have to apply for the skilled immigrant visa yourself and not rely on employer sponsorship. I suggest you take that into consideration when choosing a specialisation.
