Kamusta po housing market sa AU? Para kasing may housing crisis ata sa most Western countries, nababasa ko rin crisis sa AU. Even dito sa Ireland kasi may housing crisis kaya tinatarget ko pa rin mag move sa AU kung better ang situation jan.

Question lang po sa nasa AUS na specifically whose staying in Perth and Melbourne, ano pong place ang marerecommend niyo for an international student considering side job availability, rental and food expenses and a successful application of 485 visa (temporary graduate visa) two years after my study. I'll be taking up a VET course po totally inclined with my 3 yrs of eng'g profession.
