1. AirBnB daw ang ginawa ng mga recent kababayans. Can anyone share kung magkano ang rent? Pag AirBnB all-inclusive na diba? Kasama na room rental/utilities/internet/? Details please.

2. Yung mga hindi nag AirBnB at hindi sa relative tumira, paano ang bayaran? All-in na din ba pag ganyan? Ano ang usual arrangements? Libre kuryente basta ikaw maghuhugas ng mga plato, ganyan?

3. Saan pa makakahanap ng mga rooms for rent? Baka may maidadagdag pa kayo sa compilation from @lunarcat (thank you!). English ang salita nya so medyo nakakalito lols:

5. If you're renting a room, and the landlord's family's staying with you, pwede ka ba makigamit ng mga kubyertos/kaldero/ref? Ilang beses per week pwedeng gumamit ng washing machine? - Serious issue ito sa mga local sa SG lol. why laiddat? use washing machine twice kennat meh?

6. May aircon ba lahat ng rooms for rent? Or parang 90's EDSA buses na merong ordinary at aircon fare? Magkano from Kamias to Ortigas?
