Hello, good evening magtatanong lang po. Regarding ACS results at kung ano ang dapat ilagay sa EOI for employment history, mejo confusing lang kasi when it comes sa dates. This is for my husband. Please see information below:

Let’s use the analysis for invitation rounds to occur for non-prio occupations
T - represents Non prio
H- represents Prio
When flipping two coins, the possible outcomes are:

1. Head-Head (HH)
2. Head-Tail (HT)
3. Tail-Head (TH)
4. Tail-Tail (TT)

Assuming fair coins, each outcome has a probability of 1/4 or 25%.

The probability of getting two tails (TT) is therefore:

P(TT) = 1/4 = 0.25 = 25%

So, the chance that both tails will come out is 25%.

In general, when flipping n coins, the probability of getting all tails is:

P(all tails) = (1/2)^n

For example, flipping 3 coins:

P(all tails) = (1/2)^3 = 1/8 = 0.125 = 12.5%

We have 3 streams and 2 subclasses = so we will flip 6 times

P (all tails) = (1/2)^6 =1/64=1.5625% probability for a Non-Prio invitation round to be conducted for all streams

It means ACS deducted 2 years which is a minimum
Date Deemed Skilled is 6 June 2018

This is one of the eligibility requirements na stipulated last year ni NSW and still remains as of today when claiming employment.

That also is true for your spouse’s skills assessment outcome just follow the same.

Hello po, for VIC po ang ROI is need ka po pumili if 190 or 491, you can only do 1 ROI po - so sa EOI po if ano lang din pipiliin mo between 190 or 491.

My nominated occupation is 263111 Computer Network and Systems Engineer, but my current work is under 313111 HARDWARE TECHNICIAN. No po ba dapat ang ilagay ko?

Super layo ba ng roles and responsibilities ng 313111 sa 263111?

Tama, i NO mo nga sya since hindi assessed. Pwede ka pa rin naman magsubmit ng ROI kasi unlike other states, hindi mo kelangan currently working in the same anzsco to be invited:

Only way to nominate both occupations is through separate EOIs

   through one of their three streams

Submit a single EOI if you wish to apply for both 190 and 491 subclasses

No ROI required for offshore applicants

Existing valid EOI will work, however,
EOI must have enough validity to be active throughout the course of the invitation process

3. Western Australia – Open
   No ROI required
   Existing valid EOIs will work, however, EOI must have enough validity to be active throughout the course of the invitation process;
   Multiple EOIs can be submitted
   Priority for onshore applicants via Graduate and General streams; up to 75% of Graduate stream nominations will be made for higher education graduates; and remaining 25% will be made for VET graduates
   Interstate applications are allowed

4. Tasmania – Open
   Invitation Pathway not open for offshore applicants.
   Only Job Offer Pathway is open for offshore applicants
   Existing valid EOI will work.
   ROI required from onshore applicants as per eligibility for the respective nomination pathways

5. Northern Territory – Open
   Invitation Pathway not open for offshore applicants.
   Only NT Family stream and Job Offer stream are open for offshore applicants
   Onshore applicants can submit EOI and NT Nomination application as per eligibility of the occupation

Existing valid EOI will work along with NT Nomination Application submission on NT portal with a fee of A$300

6. Australian Capital Territory – Open
   Invitation Pathway open for both onshore and offshore applicants
   For onshore applicants of ACT 491: you must be living and working in Canberra for at least 3 months and for ACT 190: you must be living and working in Canberra for at least 6 months
   For offshore applicants of ACT 491: you must have at least 1 year relevant experience in your nominated occupation and for ACT 190: you must have at least 3 years relevant experience in your nominated occupation
   Existing valid EOI will work along with ROI (Canberra Matrix) submission on ACT portal; Multiple EOIs can be submitted

7. New South Wales – Closed
   The NSW skilled nomination program will reopen in the coming weeks

8. Queensland – Closed
   Queensland’s State Nominated Migration Program opening information and criteria will be announced on the Migration Queensland website when
   available.

Okay na yan. Pansin ko sa NSW, FIFO sila sa EOI kasi nagsubmit ako 2 EOIs for same subclass noon and yung older EOI ko ang nainvite. Saka may date of effect yan eh.

Hello guys, ask ko lang my husband started working last yr dito sa Australia, August 28, 2023 then tinry ko iupdate today EOI nya nagreflect na yung +5 points nya. Is it safe na magsubmit na ako today ng ROI for SA or wait na lang ako bukas.

Sorry po sa aking simple question na ginawa kong complicated. Excited lang magsubmit ng ROI na. HAHAHAHHA

Is ok just submit auto- update naman na yung points for experience and age sa Skill Select.
