Fully Furnished single bedroom (in a 2 bedroom unit) located at Darlington, SA

I'm looking for a housemate (preferably female). The room will be available on the 3rd week of February 2014. It is fully furnished with single bed, linens, pillows, cabinet etc. $135 per week then split bills on DSL and electricity. I also cook a lot so we can even share on food, that will save you a lot of money.

The unit is a 2 two bedroom unit fully furnished with, tv, aircon, sofa, Ref, microwave, front loader washing machines, dinning table and chairs (even cooking utensils). The place is located in Darlington, SA (not far from Flinders Medical Centre). From the city by bus it will only take you 40 mins on peak hours. By the way the bus stop is just in front of the gate.

Minimum stay is 6 months. Also my housemate (who is moving out soon is from Pinoyau) That is why I prefer new migrants so at least I can help out my fellow kababayan.)
