@reja_11 hay naku korek ka dyan!!! Actually dami ngang nag aaway sa kabilang forum(kung saan galing yang spreadsheet na yan) at pinapakiusapan na wag na silang mag apply ng 190 sa NSW. Siguro kasi automatic invitation kapag na approve ang SS kaya why wait sa 189 pero yes tama ka kasi para sa kin eh simpleng logic bakit naman ako magbabayad ng $300AUD sa isang state na pwedeng naman pumunta duon ng walang bayad by applying for visa 189 (may option pa to live in other state).. sana nga ibig


I am praying lahat tayo maiinvite.. sabi nung isa dyan sa kabilang forum eh "55 points + 6 IELTS is a dangerous combination" kasi competitive nga ang labanan.. Sana mabigyan tayo ng chance

Sharing this statement from NSW:
Your EOI points claims must reflect the points claims in your nomination application, and you must be able to provide documented evidence for each points claim. Skilled work experience is only considered to be what appears to be on the Skills Assessment (not total work experience exceeding what is listed on the Skills Assessment). It is up to you what you wish to do, however you should be aware that if you have overstated your points, even unintentionally, and your Work Experience is actually less than claimed in your EOI (and therefore less points), then your application will be declined. You may therefore wish to withdraw your application (if you have already submitted it), or if you haven't yet submitted your application, you may wish to not submit it. If you update your EOI to reflect your true work experience (from your Skills Assessment), you can still be considered in this selection intake with your new points score, and could still receive an invitation and apply if successful under your new points score.

i suggest dont submit your application since you didn't meet the same points as claimed in your EOI. unless u want to retake IELTS and get higher score/ points (e.g you initial have min. 6 in eahc band then you managed to get 7 ea), no point submitting when u know chances of failing is high. sayang ung fee and effort.

2 possible reasons:) 1) they don't know what exact they are doing and 2) their agent advised them to go through state nomination due to misconception na faster ang route kung state nominated or the higher the points the better.

Ok lang nmn cguro yun sabi nga nila, "more chances of winning", lahat nmn tayo pareho nang inaasam, which is makakuha ng invitation to lodge PR. Kaya tyaga tyaga na lang po and keep praying. Sigurado, ilang tumbling na lang at makaka-receive na tyo ng email invitation.
Ito po pala yung old spreadheet ng mga nag-apply at nainvite nung October 2014 intake, if you look at it, makikita niyo na halos lahat ng nag apply na may 55 pts (w/o SS) ay na-invite at na-grant ng 190. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1QxW2jYZ9U572sqFIs93FFFzHJCo_lrUkmWjLMKFw5a8/edit?pli=1#gid=0

Disclaimer: Although take note of the point na yung last invitation round po is ung online filing pa, kaya unahan ung nangyari, unlike ngayon na 'selection-based invitation process' through DIBP points ranking.

tanong lang sa mga nakatanggap ng NSW invite, magrereflect ba sa skillselect account kung nasendan na kayo ng invite ni NSW? just thinking what if you missed the invite in your email at napunta sa spam at nadelete mo inadvertently...

Question po. For NSW visa 190 po ba after makapag submit ng EOI, may kelangan pa ba isubmit din sa mismong website ng NSW para manominate?
Or once na nakapag submit na ako ng EOI and selected NSW for visa 190 maghihintay nalang ako ng invite galing sa kanila?

EOI lang, then wait na mainvite. Once selected ka ng NSW, u will need to submit the required documents sa NSW site.
