Hello to all Sydneysiders living in Chatswood!

I'm planning to move there by mid-Jan 2012 and need your advice where to stay. Any specific area where there are lots of friendly kababayans and ideally near train station? And if you happen to have vacant rooms or know somebody who has, let me know also.

I'm new to Sydney and would like to get acquainted with fellow Filipinos.

P.S. I tried looking in Gumtree, but it's so hard to tell, which one's a fellow.
