    @engineer20

But can I still ask Vetasses to consider that 2 yrs of exp? I emailed them asking for the reason why they did not include that 2 yrs.. no reply yet.

Sa outcome letter ko.. it says there.. FIELD OF STUDY NURSING IS NOT HIGHLY RELEVANT.

My job is 599915. It needs a superior knowledge in anatomy and pharmacology and being a nusing grad, we are actually over-qualified.

I'm about to explain this hoping they'd would consider this. Iam not sure if the CO assigned is aware of my job. (it's bad if they'd want me to pay another fee for the appeal. A simple understanding would give me a just result)

What can you suggest @engineer20 ?

    Thanks

@FearFactory_17 if they consider your degree as not highly relevant then they deducted 2 years of your experience for them to give you a positive skill assessment. I assume that you also uploaded your TOR thus from your curriculum they can assess if you have enough subjects that are relevant to your nominated occupation. You can give a try to make an appeal but most likely they will stick at their decision. By the way, which state are you planning to apply for sponsorship?

-Ok, so it's clear now why they deducted that 2 years -coz they considered my degree NOT HIGHLY RELEVANT. But this is weird coz nursing is actually highly relevant to my nominated job, Clinical Coder -599915. Clinical Coder reads medical/health record, extracts the diagnosis and procedures, assigns codes as per the Coding guidelines for Insurance reimbursement and statistics. This job needs a superior knowledge in Anatomy, pharmacology and medical terms (since ur reading medical record). That's why employers prefer those health-allied courses grad like nurses. I have known some clinical coders who are engrs, so they needed to take a short courses for medical terms, pharma and anatomy before getting into coding -and they're are the ones who obviously have a degree that's not highly relevant to Clinical Coding. If this was really their reason why they deducted my 2 yrs.. then Im willing to have an appeal.

-for now, the only state that's open for my job is SA under CSOL. When I checked the SA's website, they require 80pts for this. That's why Im planning to take another shot at PTE-a to get 20pts. (though im waiting din for the other states to open this year)

-for now, with 4.3 yrs of exp (5pts) given to me by Vetasses, I only have 55 pts.

What do you think of my plan @engineer20

@FearFactory_17 i am always saying to others that your dream should not have a price tag. try to appeal even if it cost you money, at least you wont have any regrets later. if you will continue to be employed at the same field for the next 11 months then you will get the 5 year work experience.

Hello! Pa advise naman baka meron po dito ng same situation ko, meron nako existing Vetassess assessment and eto yun ginamit ko for my EOI, then recently nag pa assess ako ng additional job experience para sana maclaim ko yun buong work experience ko sa 189 visa. Then nagkaron ako ng ITA for 190 and now may pending Vetassess assessment ako. Pero ang ginamit ko sa 190 is yun nauna ko ng assessment. Can I still use the old Vetassess assessment na ginamit ko sa EOI? Or kailangan ko pa hintayin yun bago? Pano siya makaka affect since meron nako ITA?

Meron po ba dito nakatanggang ng comment from vetassess. like inufficient proof? Like insufficient task and asking for detailed task for each designation? If same company ba and napromote. May separate stat dec din yun to show each task? Kasi pinapaupdate yun statdec ko.Thanks.

@krishnaz Why do you only need qualifications assessment? Is that for 485 visa purposes? If so, VETASSESS says it will take 4-6 weeks. If you are planning to migrate, you need a full skills assessment to get points advice for migration (8-10 weeks).

@krishnaz negative po yung ACS skills assessment mo? or did ACS advise you to do qualifications assessment to supplement your ACS assessment? maybe you can contact VETASSESS directly if the qualifications assessment (non-485 visa purposes) will take the same 4-6 timeframe or not.

@krishnaz you really don't need to do a points test advice with VETASSESS as this isn't a requirement. All you need to know is if your university section 1 or if section 2, calculate your points to find out if it will be recognised as equivalent to an AQF bachelors degree.

    Hi good day everyone

Gusto ko lang po itanong about sa Payment evidence na pedeng isubmit for assestment.
Pay slips (ideally your first and last payslip); meron po ako neto pero wrong spell yung last letter ng surname ko sa payslip (first payslip was wrong spell but the last payslip is correct na po) and meron po ako summary ng account ko from the day I started in the company up to the present po. In that statement, it shown the months/date of credit and debit amount na pumasok sa under my account po.
Taxation Records of Assessment (bearing company and applicant name) - I dont have this docs because Saudi only implement tax in this year last po starting Jan. 2018 and salary is not included in the taxation.
Bank Statements showing at least two salary payments, your name and the employer's name; - I can get this in the bank but I'm not sure kung kaya nila ibigay sakin yung details from 2010-present. Yesterday I checked and I tried to print statement from May 2017 to May 2018 lang po ang pede kong iprint sa online bank account ko. Nakalagay po doon and name ng employer ko in Arabic Writing, amount they debited &date when they tranfer the money.
Employment-linked insurance / superannuation records (bearing company and applicant name). Dito po kasi sa Saudi wala kaming insurance like SSS/Philhealth, ang meron po kami dito is like BUPA insuranc wherein every year the company is renewing this for each employee to cover the medication. Pwede ko po ba gamitin to as evidence because I can get the records of my previous Insurance sa company.

    Thank you in advance...God bless.

@krishnaz for qualifications from section 2 institutions to be recognised as AQF bachelor degree, it must meet the following:

    4 years full time
    120-180 credits
Average grade of 1.00 to 2.00 (A to B or more than 85%)

    All the best!

@ezbr there is no average grade. Qualifications from section 1 is directly equivalent to the same Australian qualification.
