Looking for a single working female to share a flat

Hi there, Im planning to look for a 2 bedroom house around parramatta or wentworthville area, and am looking for a single working female to share the house with.

There's a lot of room for rent at gumtree but its not easy to go by that arrangements.
One has to deal with ridiculous rules such as no heater allowed during winter, only less cooking allowed, noise, dirts, you feel awkward around them that you only stayed in your room and all sorts of issue.

On the other hand, Its tad lonely to live alone and also expensive to rent a one bedroom flat on your own. I reckoned it would be nice to share with like minded individuals.
I dont drink, dont smoke, never do drugs and have good rental history.
I also have most of the white goods, such as washing machine, couch, small fridge, microwave oven, etc. If you are also looking for someone to share a house with, then sms or ring me we can discuss and start to look for a house. bills will be split two ways.
