NBI CLEARANCE - 1DAY or 1WEEK for Oz Migrate?

Hello po. Need guidance sa mga nakatapos na po -

1. May mga nabasa po ako na kapag nilagay mo sa form mo na punta kang Oz ay 1 week mo pa makukuha clearance mo instead of same day? Pakiconfirm naman po based on experience.

2. Ang alam ko mas tama ilagay na purose details = "VISA AUSTRALIA" instead of "TRAVEL AUSTRALIA"; alam mo naman sa atin minsan (minsan lang naman) questionable mga intensyon / double standard kumbaga.. dito po ba nagdedecide sila kung 1 day or 1 week ang processing?
