Pwede yan @fesp_au; kami dati less than a month after kami dumating and we managed to get this property to rent na. You just have to write a letter to explain that you are a new migrant and that you have capacity to rent. Of course, our endorsement to the agent might put some weight in the application din.

So not so sure kun magiging available pa den yang house, btw ganda nya ha based dun sa pix. Naka-post na sya in Domain? So meaning it may not be available na by that time? We got 2 kids kc so dpt talaga maka-move bfore skul starts there...
