Medibank Private Share Offer

As some of you may have known, Medibank will be privatised by the end of the year. They will be selling shares to institutional investors as well as mums and pops (such as ourselves).

Tanong ko, is anyone here keen of taking a punt for this? They will give higher preferential to existing members.

I pre-registered my intention of investing but as to whether I will actually buy remains to be seen.

Sold! kit ana aftre 3 months - maliit lang naman position binigay ng broker... twice nag scale back dahil over subscribe kaya benta na kahit maliit lang basta gain.

Masyado na mataas PE ratio at around 25x.

Kialangan maganda ang reporting ng company to sustain premium price.

Maybe better move to other stocks with higher return/ lower PE.
