I am renting out a room here in a house 15 minutes by bus to CBD Adelaide. this is for a short stay only ( 2 months maximum ). 15 minutes walk to Coles and Woolies Grocery store. THIS IS an ALL INCLUSIVE rent except food. Rent starts first week of January till February 2015.
