The Implementation Consultant will support the project team with moderate to complex projects. Working with customers, they participate in the design, development and delivery of innovative technology solutions that drive high performance.
 
Works independently and takes ownership of project tasks to delivery while remaining a team player.
 
Support configuration and unit testing of the MLM application to support the customer's business processes.
 
Support customer integration and user testing.
 
Support customer conversion and go-live.
 
Work with TradeStone design, development and quality assurance teams to ensure the customer's software solution needs are met.
 
Prepare process, installation, operating procedure and user/trainer training documentation.
 
Update and maintain project documentation and project folders in a timely manner.
 
Develop relationships with customers and internal resources.
 
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
 
Up to 2 years Industry Consulting Experience
 
Up to 2 years Retail Systems Experience
 
Up to 2 years Supply Chain Experience
 
Proven Written Skills
 
Proven Presentation Skills
 
Proven Organization Skills
 
Proven Analytical Skills
 
Ability to Travel up to 80%
