Question ko lang sana regarding this, dun kasi sa immi account nakalagay na

All visa and citizenship applicants are required to provide a penal clearance certificate or police check from each country visited, if:
you lived or travelled outside Australia since the age of 18 years or over; and
the total time spent outside Australia added up to 12 months or more; and
the time spent in any one country was more than 90 days; or
you are requested to do so by the department.

Medyo naguluhan lang ako kasi dun sa una, nakalagay na required ka to provide if

Ano po kaya? Currently kasi nasa Pinas ako. Pero I studied in KSA for 4 years from 1999-2003, im sure di na to kasali. Pero ang iniisip ko yong bakasyon ko dun after college from Oct 2007 to Feb 2008 as visit visa lang tapos total of ~140 days.

Ano kaya, do i still need to provide kasi dun sa immi account nakalagay time spent in any once country was more than 90 days. eh dun naman sa isa have lived in for 12 months or more...

Any thoughts on this? Maraming salamat po

I don’t think the first one is applicable for you. From my understanding, this applies only for those who have lived in Australia 1) applying for citizenship or 2) applying for visa na previously student or work or any other provisional visa. kasi ang sabi “ from each country visited, if: you lived or travelled outside Australia”

Sawakas may CO na ako, kaya lang inaask ako ng saudi police clearance. Ni-declare ko kasi yong high school ako as previous countries of residence

UPDATE: Pumayag ang CO na hindi na ako mag provide ng Saudi PCC. Sinasabi nila na needed lang daw yong for countries you stayed for 12 months(cumulative) in the last 10 years. Siguro na overlook lang ng unang CO kasi nilagay ko sa previous countries of residence yong saudi pero 1999-2003 siya... ang required lang sakin is from 2005-2015

Same ang case ng wife ko,

Commulatively she spent more than 90 days but less than a year in Brunei.
Nag dadalawang isip pa rin ako kung kukuha ba ako ng Police clearance o hindi.

@Electrical_Engr_CDR no need na. Ang sabi ng CO sakin if naka 12 months ka within the last 10 years , un ang kelangan...
