I know this is an early post for now but I just want to ask everybody's point of view na din. I've got a feeling na hindi na kami aabot sa 2014-2015 (but still crossing my fingers). Aabot kami bago mag July.... :) AJA! AJA!

Have you heard yung mga matatanggal sa SOL for the coming year selection? I hope hindi naman ganon karami... I am still looking forward na lahat tayo maiinvite.

    @bait0211 you will do better in PTE. Like you, nagstruggle din ako sa IELTS. Ang dami ko nabili review materials, nagenroll pa ako sa review center. 6 retakes ako pero hindi ko makuha kuha ang desired score na minimum 7 band. I tried both IDP and BC pa. Nagsubmit ako ng EOI for NSW 190 visa with 60 pts pero ang tagal ng invite until nung nagtake ako ng PTE nakuha ko agad ang score na gusto ko. 73/74/77/82 which is equivalent to IELTS 7.5/7.7/8/7.5 As soon as nareceived ko yung PTE results ko, submit agad ako ng 189 with 65 pts at withdraw ko na agad NSW 190.

    Para sakin mas ok ang PTE dahil computer based lahat unlike sa IELTS na depende sa mood ng examiner ang magiging scores mo. Goodluck. May mga strategies ako kung pano masasagutan ang exam PM mo sakin email mo, i will share it to you :)

    @bait0211 Hello bro. ako 8 takes! first 3 exams, lagi ako 6 sa writing. last 5, puro 6.5.. do the point na naisip ko mag quit. pero nasimulan mo na eh, gumastos ka na. Fight na! Nakaya ng iba pati ako, kaya mo rin. eto ielts writing tutor "JAMES" nakilala ko lang 9084 7133. 50 per session siya. nka 7 sa writing un kilala ko. Godbless you bro. Prayers and effort I bet makukuha mo desired scores mo.

    Hi, newbie here... clarification po about partner points. I'm confused sa third criteria in bold/underline below, does this mean kung sa network engineer ang nominated occupation ko dapat yun din ang occupation ng husband ko para maka claim ako ng 5 points? or any occupation pwede nya i nominate as long as nasa SOL? . Hoping someone can help clarify.

    Partner skills:

    You can receive five points if, when you are invited to apply for this visa, your partner provides evidence that they:

    -were under 50 years of age
    -had at least competent English
    -had nominated an occupation on the same skilled occupation list as your nominated occupation
    -had been assessed by the relevant assessing authority as having suitable skills for the nominated occupation.
