We have 2 furnished rooms for rent in Belmore, NSW, right along the main road Burwood Rd. It is close to all the main shops in Belmore and a 5-min walk to Belmore train station.

Room #1 - this room is for single occupancy. It has a brand new double bed, large built-in wardrobe, a desk and a chair, making it perfect for students.
Rent is $180 per week, inclusive of all utilities and internet.

Room # 2 - this room can be for single or double occupant (for a couple). This room has a large built in wardrobe, a new queen-sized bed, and a small bedside coffee table for TV or other stuff. A desk and chair can be provided if needed. Rent is $200 (single) / $230 (double) per week, inclusive of all utilities and internet.

There are a total of 4 bedrooms in the house and a shared bathroom on the upper level. There is a lounge / dining area, a shared kitchen (utensils provided), a backyard, laundry room, an extra toilet and an outdoor area on the ground level.

Conditions of rental:
We are all working professionals and are very neat and tidy, so we are looking for a kind flatmate who will help us keep the room and common areas clean after use. The tenant must respect that it is a shared house so we want to keep noise levels to a minimum, and make sure that everyone is comfortable. For security reasons we do not allow guests into the house unless permission is sought prior.
