IRON Div 1 nurses. Is it difficult to land a job?

Totoo po ba na mahirap makapag land ng job sa malalaking hospital pag bridging progam mo nakuha yun license mo? Kasi I have had experience na while applying may nakikita ko na PLEASE NO IRON NURSES PLEASE. Eventually ang available spots nalang para sa amin is aged home care and medical centres.

I need the others opinion regarthing this matter or others na nakapag land naman ng job sa mga malalaking hospital.
