    Guys, mainit-init pa. Nagparamdam din si CO ko. Yun checklist meron syang binigay pero blank naman sa kin and sa baby ko. And yun kay hubby lang ang meron request na form 80. Yun kay hubby lang ang isesend ko right? I thought ok na na may form 1221 sya. Hehehe. Yey! Fantastic baby!
