7. All chest X-rays images and reports during and after the course of TB treatment. CXR images no available

8. The initial first line DST laboratory report including the concentration of isoniazid concentration in the medium used for drug sensitivity testing

[All positive culture isolates must be tested for susceptibility to first-line drugs at a minimum. Presently, first-line DST includes testing for susceptibility to isoniazid, rifampicin, ethambutol, pyrazinamide and streptomycin.]

9. The laboratory report for second line testing if applicable Depends on first line DST result (optional)
   [Mono resistance to either ethambutol or streptomycin does not routinely require second line DST but this is desirable.

Resistance to isoniazid or rifampicin and any other resistance pattern, must include second-line DST. This DST should include testing for susceptibility to flouroquinolone, ethionamide, capreomycin, amikacin and para-aminosalicylate sodium (PAS) if available.]

Hello po, if may findings po 10 years ago ng primary complex, then na clear naman po with negative sputum test. Then x-ray again in year 2022, but no follow up and clear na din po ng doctor.

Question po: In case mag medical for AU visa and declared naman po yung primary complex; if nag negative po sa TB blood test at no change sa X-ray, may possible po kayang ma clear na at no need na ng medication? Good day everyone! magtanong lang sana ko anong possible mangyari sa case ng dependent ko, we are family of 4, me, my wife and 2 kids. my youngest one, 3 years old was diagnosed with TB base on our medical result of IGRA and chest xray at SLEC Ermita, BUPA required my kid to have smear and culture test and was scheduled on Dec 19. May part daw na may opacity then pinaconsult sya sa outside na pedia pulmo to clarify the observation on xray, we conducted chest CT scan outside SLEC and it is confirmed na may pleural effusion and subcarinal lymph node so sinuggest ng pedia pulmo na maggamot na agad. bumalik kami SLEC to submit the findings of outside pedia pulmo and pinaaga ni SLEC ung start ng sputum test para simultaneous sa medication on December 12. as of now may result na yung smear and it is negative, awaiting n lng for result ng culture on mid February. Kung mag negative ba to sa culture and ongoing ang medication ng kid ko, ano kaya possible maging response dito ng immigration? will they let us to proceed with the processing of our visa application or will they require us to finish the medications before they will look into our visa application? naiinip kasi kami sa tagal ng 6 months na medication tapos culture test ulit ng 2 months.

U need to keep all the reports and doctors memo. All test results. Ipapaupload mo yan sa SLEC ermita once nakuha mk na results nung culture after medication. Para maclear ka. Dont worry, bupa will clear ur medicals pag nagawa mo ung 6months medication at mag negative ung sputum.

Nangyari kasi meron akong naunang na-lodge na visa (temporary). Noong November this year, nag pamedical na ako sa St. Luke's and ok na siya.
Valid pa yung results dun dahil last month lang, kaso di ako makapag set ng appointment online para dun sa additional medical ko for PR visa (HIV test).

Nag email lang din ba kayo sa SLEC? Gaano sila katagal bago mag reply?

Sa SLEC po ako nagmedicals and kinabahan lang po ako kasi 2 beses ako nag xray nung nagmedicals (front and back view) or sadya po na 2 beses? Sa APE po kasi lagi namin 1 beses lang. thank you.

Hello, check mo po yung email ng Bupa baka nakalagay. In our case kasi nakaspecify naman at bumalik lang kami sa initial clinic na na-attendan namin. Bali yung partner ko sa NHS makati, then nirefer siya sa SLEC for the additional tests.

I would suggest po na repeat xray. Kasi most likely hindi nila tatanggapin. Or do both.

Yes, yun din po sabi sa panel clinic most likely hindi daw po tatangapin kaya hesitant cla i submit, but since pwede naman po mag direct sa Bupa, pwede po kayang magsubmit kami sa kanila directly, if ma reject them automatic ma extend na po yung 28 days since mag wait po sa repeat X-Ray..

Nung nag-direct email kami sa Bupa, magbigay lang sama kami ng update regarding the initial test results eto yung reply samen. 8 weeks pa kasi result talaga nung sputum culture

Hopefully panel consider it to try submit, what ever the outcomes atleast they try, may sched naman ng repeat X-ray sakali. No further test na din binigay sa amin.

I remember dumiretsoo din ako sa Bupa to submit some of my documents kasi ayaw isubmit nung panel ung documents ko in the middle of medication. E ang kulit ko, haha kasi may nakalagay dun parang need ko magsend ng updates two months after nagmedicate ako. That time ung mga documents ko was from the affiliate clinics ng Homeaffairs. Tinanggap nila. But at that time kasi hndi pako tapos mag gamot. So nag update lang ung emedical ko nun na "manually updated". Tapos nung matapos ko ung medication, panel physician na nag upload. Then saka lang ako naclear

Salamat po sa infos, For us po, since they given us 28 days and may available less than 12 months X-Ray, ok lang naman po cguro try and submit yun, if hindi po accept ni CO, atleast po Bupa know we need extension for repeat X-Ray since it need more than a month bago i proceed :-)
