Looking for accommodation -Melbourne CBD and nearby eastern suburbs

I'm moving to Melbourne mid September and need a room to rent in the CBD or nearby eastern suburbs. I'm single, male on my late 20s and working full time. Accommodation preferably with parking space available, LUG or free off street parking. Let me know if you could help and I will be profusely thankful. Cheers!
