possible reason of refused student visa

hi again, hope you can help me again on this. i just read some forum here regarding student visa refusal or GTE i hope you have ideas bout this, i am a registered nurse since 2010 and got my first hospital job right after graduation up until 2012 then i decided to apply for another job which is in sales because of low compensation. do you think they will accept the fact that i did not practice my profession from 2012 to 2015 ? pls pahelp po
