for personal development, wants to study accounting

hello! need valuable pieces of advice or suggestions/opinions.

Im already a PR, has been living in melbourne for 1.5yrs now and Im currently working in a bank (first time to work in a bank, was in retail industry for almost all my work life). I am thinking to improve myself and study accounting. I studied BS in commerce major in bus admin sa UST (pinas). Should I be taking a diploma course or a bachelor's degree here in AU? May maccredit kayang units? and lastly, would you recommend online vs campus studies?

You already have a degree in the Philippines na business tapos sa UST pa which is a comparable university dito, tanong ko lang kung bakit gusto mo pa mag university ulit in AUS? May balak ka bang mag CPA kaya mo gusto mag accounting? I would suggest... diretso ka na magpa-assess ng either CPA Australia or NIA (pero less prestigious sila than CPA or CA).. and then kung yung outcome ng assessment mo.. kulang ka pa ng several subjects.. yun na lang i-enrol mo... kesa sa ulitin mo pa ulit lahat..

at the end of the day.. mas maganda na may qualifications ka.. as it is regarded as higher learning than university.

Uni would cost a lot more than going for your qualifications... Becoming a CPA would be less expensive and hindi pa sya ganun katagal...

pero kung gusto mo talaga mag-aral ulit talaga... i would rather look at doing masters or an MBA program rather than accounting...
