189 vs 190 - need help!

Hello Guys,

I'm posting for a friend..

From NSW sya and nag lodge sya ng EOI for 189 and 190.

Both na approve sa initial stage ng invitation, pero nauna ng 1 wk and 190, so ang ginawa nya nag apply agad sya at nagbayad ng 300aud++ for the visa 190..

Problem is, ang state sponsorship(190) kasi antayin pa ang approval then mag lodge ng another application for PR.

Question is, dapat nya ba i-continue ang 190 application or mag lodge na lng sya ng 189?

if your friend's eoi for 189 and 190 is the same, he won't receive a 190 invite if he already received the 189 invite. yung sa nsw, nomination pa lang yun. if i'm guesing it correctly, may ITA na sya for 189. then, use the 189
