I would like to know about asseessment professional examination of medical laboratory scientist exam for Australia migration. Can we get the assessment letter of stage 1 for visa lodge without writing the exam ?

Well, if you go for assessment stage 1, you will be considered as Lab tech with eligibility to take for the exam. If you're not eligible then you can apply for visa190. If you pass the exam, you can apply for visa 189 as med scientist.
