but another group of people tells also na hindi rin daw madaling makahanap kahit nandoon na.

Hmm.. so madali pala sa mga IT.

Di naman siya ganun kamahal so you can just give it a try You should have a more concrete plan once you have the results

Don't lose hope in applying for a job. The reason why you guys are having a hard time is because the employment rate here is quite low and the Brit, Europeans and Americans are coming all at the same time. You need to understand how Aussies construct their CVs and indeed it is not easy to get a job because employers and agencies prefer to get someone on board who has a "local work experience."
Kaya nga mainam na una pag nag-aapply na kayo para mag migrate and likewise nag hihintay mag start na rin kayong alamin ano ba ang culture dito when it comes to job hunting. Pangalawa mag-apply ng mag-aapply then add more prayers because meron din yan for sure.
This sounds so silly pero have a look at yung hinahanapan na agency ng mga OFW dahil you will get an idea saan ang influx ng work.
When you apply for a job in Australia and you are outside less ang chance mo talaga. When an agent sends you an email be happy about it because you fit the requirements but the problem is you are not here in Australia so how can you prove whatever is in your CV. Now, if the agent calls you then you start selling your skills dahil it means willing sila na ihear out ka dahil tinawagan ka pa overseas, malamang walang makuha na iba. Ang chance mo dyan is how good your communication skills because the agent might pull some strings para magawaan ng paraan na mapunta ka sa next step i.e. meeting the resoure manager - client ng agent so hindi ka pa tanggap pag sinabi ng agent na tatawagan kita, it means pumasa ka pa lang sa agent. Now kung sakaling ayos ka pwede kang padalhan ng work visa but you need to tell them para maentice yung agent and client nila na talagang pa Australia ka by mentioning to them na nakalodge na or waiting ka na lang sa PR nyo.
Kakaunti lang ang nabibigyan ng mga ganyang chance and I will be honest sa forum na ito para walang sugar coating or false hopes. Usually people from IT and when I say people from IT these are the experts like gurus ng Oracle, SAP, Cognos etc. Even accountants natin neither mga doctors hindi binibigyan ng chance parehas ng mga IT gurus dahil nag-aaral pa ulit sila dito. Ang patok at walang 2 tanong tanong e mga fork lifter, machinist, midwife, caregiver, truck drivers, miners, blue collar jobs dahil yan ang kulang dito plus yan ang magaganda sahod plus benefits. SOme of you might say WHAT SILA???? Yes, sila na maliliit ang tingin ng Pinoy e malalaki ang tingin sa kanila sa mga bansa tulad ng Austalia in terms of sahod.
Anyway, maraming pwedeng hanapan like www.seek.com.au, www.careerone.com.au, www.mycareer.com.au, www.indeed.com.au, www.jobserve.com.au, www.jobsearch.com.au, www.alljobs.com.au
You can browse din directly sa mga following recruitment agencies www.michaelpage.com.au, www.finite.com.au, www.hays.com.au, www.aurec.com.au, www.robertwalters.com.au, www.peoplebank.com.au, www.citirecruitment.com.au and many others.....
Whatever you see in seek e nirerepublish lang sa ibang jobsites din pero you might as well go direct dun sa website ng mga recruiters dahil minsan sa kanila nagbibigay ng sponsorships kahit nakalodge ka pa ng PR mo. These two are different types of visas and hindi sila masama magkaroon ng sabay dahil mabilis ang work visa kesa PR.
Only few can do that.
Good luck.

Magagalit sa akin mga migration agents nito but if you guys can understand plain english e bakit pa kayo magmimigration agent?
Sorry po sa mga migration agents but they are not employed by immigation ng Australia ha. Spend a day or two or kahit 1 week or 1 months pa basahin nyo guidelines, yung booklet na readily available sa immi website. People here won't say WOW nag migration agent sya ....Honey, lahat yan nakasulat sa simpleng english na salita it is just a matter or reading it and comprehending.

So... with that talagang taga pasa sila ng documents? Or could they tell at the start kung may pag-asa ka na sa IELTS at assessing body (VETASSESS, ACS, Engineers Australia, etc) before lodging a visa?

Hi, if you have the money go and get an agent but if you dont then learn to read the booklet.
Inaaral nila ano ba ang migration laws, some of them register themselves as MARA agents (so for those who are using migration agents check nyo kung registered sila) others don't.
The mere fact that all requirements and steps on how to lodge an applicatio, how to check your "score" and do self-assessment are all in the immi website. It is just a matter of READING WITH COMPREHENSION and understanding that you will be sent to several websites. BUT, migration agenst are not employees of immigration. There so called "CASE OFFICER".
1. Hindi ka na magbabasa kasi may nagbasa na for you at aral pa, consequence bayad ka lang.
Many families opted to hire a migration agent perhaps they have the monies but for others - families or individuals sinundan lang ano ang nakasulat sa immi website. I am just wondering dahil kumukuha ng IELTS di ba so what's the fuss with reading the webiste with the booklet in pdf form. Nandun naman lahat plus links. You can even send emails sa mga gusto mong tanungan. Even pag may case officer ka na you can send them an email via sa website na ibibgay sa iyo. So I don't really see the reason why you need to shed thousands of dollars unless marami lang pera.
If you guys think that you will be treated differently here pag may migration agent ka e baka matanong lang kayo ng "why"..."is it hard to read english?"..."is it hard to communicate with several offices?"
Anyway, at the end of the day it is you who will decide and it is your money. I am just stating a fact and no offence to migration agents out there but they know the extent of what they can offer. Migration is a business for some and a dream for others.
READ WITH COMPREHENSION.

Not sure if you have settled here in Oz already but do migration agents have a voice in order to change the immi policies? As far as I can recall migration agents follow the monthly minor changes or huge revamp in migration laws with no exemption.
Migration agents read the immi website all the time and would interpret these changes to their prospective and on-going clients.
Main reason why Oz is not as lenient as before is because of population control. Dami na kaya dito 22M++ na tao dito plus parami ng parami dahil sa mga Europeans and other nationalities who can freely enter Australia either to get a job or stay here until the economy of their respective countries improves.
