Due to organisational growth, Anglican Retirement Villages (ARV) seek to expand our HomeCare team of professionals to service our higher care level clients in the Blacktown area. Designed to make a genuine difference in the lives of older people, you will support and assist them to remain in their homes.

In this challenging but very rewarding role, you will ensure optimal physical comfort of clients by providing flexible, individualised care to older people with varied needs. On a day-to-day basis, your duties will range from providing personal care such as showering and toileting, to meal preparation and serving, light housekeeping, transport and respite and social support.

To be successful in the role, you will have a current driver's licence and possess your own comprehensively insured vehicle. You will also be qualified in Certificate III in Aged Care or Home & Community Care qualification or equivalent, and will preferably have relevant industry experience. You must be able to converse in the Filipino language and possess good skills in written and verbal English.

Carers at ARV are rewarded with above award rates of pay, including paying time and km's between clients. A comprehensive orientation program on arrival is also provided with access to ongoing education and training opportunities to ensure that our clients receive outstanding care.
