@rachmau welcome sa forum. btw you can make a signature of your timeline for us to have an idea of your visa application journey, waiting period, and nominated occupation.

@MayoMay good luck and God bless on your PTE exam. ako din baka September pa ma invite prorated ang aming occupation kasi and based on my estimates mga Sept pa mapapasama.

hello all, my CO assigned na po ako. pero ito ung challenged ko talaga ngaun. ito nakasulat:
Evidence of remuneration from Company A and Company B required.
Evidence can include, but are not limited to:
● pay slips
● tax returns
● group certificates
● superannuation information
Employment references should meet the following requirements:
● A reference should be on the official letterhead of the company providing the reference.
● The letterhead should indicate clearly the full address of the company and any phone
numbers, fax numbers, emails and website addresses.
● The name and position of the person authorised to sign the reference should be typed
or stamped below that person's signature - a reference with only an illegible signature
will not be accepted.
● The direct contact number of the person writing the reference should be included in the
letter.
● The letter should indicate the exact period of employment, position(s) held including
whether permanent or temporary, full or part time, the main five (5) duties undertaken,
and the salary earned - position(s) should not be described by generic title(s) (for
example, research officer, public servant), but according to the nature of the duties
undertaken (for example, research chemist, accounts clerk).

-Ito po ung scenario ngayun
1) Company A- nag work ako dito sa SG from 2008 - 2010, ung payslip ko lahat natapon na lahat pati ung contract, tumawag ako sa banko dito (DBS) para sana ma retrieve ung transaction history ko, wala akong makuha sa bank earlier than 2011 kasi daw 2011 lang ako nag pa register as online banking.
Ung ITR ko naman, dinadownload ko lahat kaso not sure starting 2010 lang ung pina ko old na nasa record ko. Ang ginawa ko ina upload ko ulit ang COE ko, kasi wala akong ibang mabigay.
2. Company B - Pinas na company to, wala rin akong ITR dito kasi weekly ung sahud namin dati ibibigay cash on hand, although full-time employee ako at walang contribution sa sss or pag-ibig. COE lang din ang inaatach ko.

Hope someone can advise and enlighten me.

@Makaryo , congrats may CO ka na. Pwed ka ring gumawa ng stat dec lalo na yong sa Pinas mo, provide mo detailed job description, including salary, tapos suporting doc mo dun yong COE na standard form. I think kailangan mo talaga mag produce ng paid employment evidence, baka pwed ka humingi sa acccounting department ng traces ng payroll mo, in this case kasi dapat ata makaproduce ng cashflow trail.

@Makaryo bro, claimed points ba yan experience mo na hinihingan ka ng eveidence of renumeration? anong ung na-provide mo na COE sa pag lodge mo ng visa. ung detailed COE ba na sinubmit mo sa ACS? Kinakabahan tuloy ako baka hanapan pa ako ng payslip at ITR sa company ko sa pinas, although sa assessment ko sa ACS na-minus na sila. ang na-claim ko lang na points is from March 2013 to present, which is meron naman pa akong payslip at tax assessment.

Dun sa question#1, suggest ko bro na tumawag ka sa IRAS. For sure nagbayad ka naman ng tax from 2008 to 2010 kaya baka may record sila nun.

hindi mo b na upload yung same COE na sinend mo sa ACS?

@Makaryo medyo weird naman yan case mo, ang alam ko pag hindi ka nag claim ng points sa EOI at pag lodge ng visa, dpt hindi na hihingan ng coe payslip itr. Nung nag lodge ka ba ng visa, nilagay mo ung na-minus na work exp mo ng ACS? Tapos nag-tick ka ba ng non-related na kasi hindi mag claim ng points?

may hinihingi lang na form 1193, employment details atska coc sa singapore..

sa mga taga-sg dito quick question po, ngsend n kami ng appeal for coc dito sg last week pero wala pa approval, ok lng kaya magsubmit ulit with CO letter na requesting for COC? parang may nakita akong thread about coc dito heheh magpost din ako dun baka not related na question ko dito.

@Makaryo good luck bro. Most likely may record IRAS nyan kasi once a year lang naman ang tax collection hence d nmn ganun karaming data yun against your FIN#

Another suggestion is kausapin mo ung company mo dati. Sila naman ang nagsesend ng initial tax assessment mo sa IRAS eh.

@Makaryo sir, pwede kau magparetrieve ng NOtice of Assessment sa IRAS for those years na nawala ang.copy nyo.. Click nyo link na ito and pa appoibtment kayo

guys question naman po, may taga PUP po ba dito? tanong lang po sana, nagbibigay ba sila ng certification para sa English language? yung wife ko kasi dyan nag aral not sure kng meron silang ganyan, para hindi na mag take ng PTE or ielts si wifey....salamat po ng madami mga pinoyau forumers....
