How can i assure if i have a bigger chance on being accepted in USYD..?

I have a GPA of 76, I graduated in SLU Baguio of BS civil engg which is in section 1 equivalent to univ Au.. im also a license Engineer.. i have a masters in Mngmnt Engg.. my IELTS is 6.5(6.0)..

Do you think i can get a chance of being accpted in university of sydney..?
