Options after study / visa about to expire

Hi guys,

Please help.

I am currently studying for 1 year (Nursing conversion program) and my visa is only until the end of August, and I will only get my uni papers mid August.

I have yet to take OET, I plan to take it on August. What are my options so I can stay longer to apply for PR after I pass my English exam (OET or IELTS) after my visa expires?
