My husband and i have a 1 furnished bedroom available in Caringbah, a part of Sutherland Shir, in South Sydney. It is 3-5 mins to Coles and train Station and 10-15 mins to Sutherland and Kareena Hospitals. You will have your own room with own bathroom (not ensuite) and have access to common areas and kitchen appliances. The apartment is located in a secured apartment complex with lift, sauna and pool and gym. We prefer filipino females. Rent is 200/week and it includes the internet. Gas and electricity is excluded and divided among us every 3 months.
