Hello,

I work for a specialist relocation company assisting Filipino chefs relocate to Australia. They all hold a 457 work visa for 2 years and therefore will have full time work guaranteed.

I am looking for a single or twin share, furnished room in the following area:

Woolwich, Bass Hill & Swansea

Rooms will need to be walkable from the venues as public transport in these areas is poor later at night when they will be finished working.

We source and pay upfront for 4 weeks and the chef can pay a 2 week bond direct to you on arrival. There is the possibility of extending the stay but this is between you and them. We would be looking for a bills included cost.
