    @HappyHeart Thanks po sa advice.Anu po ba ang consequences if "Undocumented OFW" kami?May kakilala po kasi ako ngayn namomoblema dahil sabi po sa kanya e the only way to have an OEC e pag under Philippine authorized agency sya. @jacjacjac how soon were you advised po na kailangan ng further testing?Kawawa nga ang bata sa further testing na yan. Pero tyagain nyo na lang po. @dorbsdee Wala pa din po results ang medical ng anak ko pero ang sabi naman po sa Nationwide e pag hindi na tyo nicocontact ibig sabihin no further tests are required na kay gusto ko din malaman kay @jacjacjac kailan sila sinabihan for further tests.     Aug 14- PPD test at Makati Med,
    Aug 17- PPD evaluation and Xray was performed at Nationwide.
    Aug 29- I received an email saying health assessment has been deferred and additional procedures are needed.
    Nung tumawag ako sa Nationwide, sa St. Luke's ermita daw gagawin ung test. Then it is confirmed na sputm test ang gagawin.
    Yesterday pumunta kami sa pedia kasi nagaalala ako sa test na ginawa at bakit kelangan pa ng further evaluation. Baka kasi may something na sa anak ko. I need to get a copy of the results both the Ppd and xray para ma evaluate ng pedia-pulmo(not connected sa immigration plans).. mahirap ng hintayin pa ang sputum test.
    Good to know, sa tingin ng pedia, she does not manifest symptoms, kasi malikot, doesn't look sickly nor lose weight, nor lose her appetite. But being a paranoid mom (as most of us are ;)), pina-check ko na din sya sa ibang doc.
    Ang worry ni doc pedia is how the med techs in st. Luke's will be able to collect sputum from a 4yo. Lalo na kung walang ubo.

    @mespedido Hello po anu po ba VISA inaapply nyo? Sa case po namin na nagapply muna ng 457 naaaprove ang appeal namin mag asawa ang ginamit lan po namin was letter of offer from my agency. Kung meron kayo nun ok na po yan and i suggest mag gawa na po kayo ng appeal to be submitted dahil mejo matagal po waiting time. When we submitted our appeal po after a week naapprove then nung magpapabook na kami for finger printing parang the earliest available slot at that time(August 19) was September 15th na po.

    @ZboyandAngel Cajulao ppd test lang talaga ang required. Since nag"positive" sya because of her BCG vaccine, she was asked for an Xray, yun ang sabi ng doc a Makati Med.

    @jacjacjac dont worry too much, baka dahil sa BCG vaccine lng yan. Baka pedeng mag IGRA ka to check, in my opinion. Mas ok na mag IGRA kesa mag sputum test ang 4 year old... i did sputum test, 3 consecutive mornings, bawal kumain. Sobrang hassle, not to mention the risk of exposure. Pero kung wala ng choice, pag bata, i think priority. Just a tip. Wag kau mag stay sa waiting area ng lahat na mag sputum test. Magsama ka ng pedeng mag antay dun para tawagan kna lang pag kayo na. Range of number naman tinatawag dun.

    @PMPdreamer thanks sa advice! First time ko sa ganitong situation, first time mom din kaya medyo bothered din ako. Even the pedia said baka saliva lang ang ma-spit ng daughter ko and that won't be conclusive. Hindi ko nga alam pano sya gigising ng ganun kaaga, from Muntinlupa kami, byahe papuntang Ermita. I hope nagiging mahigpit lang sila sa process. Ayoko din isipin na may sakit ang anak ko. :(

    @ZboyandAngel Cajulao syempre pag undocumented OFW ka wala kang habol kung anong magyayari sa sayo kasi di ka registered doon sa POEA. Pero as what I have metioned kung manggagaling ka sa SG they will not ask for OEC so there's no problem on the travel for that route. Kasama ba family mo sa 457? If sa SG din sila mag-depart then walang problema unless sa pinas kasi hahanapan din ng OEC

    May 25, 2017 - 3nd CO Contact - Medical referrals of my defacto's two kids provided by DIBP.
    May 27, 2017 - Done with the kids' medicals. Immediately the 2 yr. old boy was cleared.
    May 30, 2017 - The 5 yr. old girl was cleared.
    May 30, 2017 - Agent informed DIBP that their request has been actioned.
    Sept. 4, 2017 - Grant with IED Dec. 21, 2017 - Thank you Lord & Praise God! :)
    Nov. 2-10, 2017 - IED Fulfilled then Back to UAE again! (Ipon-Ipon Muna before BM! To Your Glory, Lord! In Jesus Name, Amen!)
    March, 2019 - BM Plan! God be with Us... To His Glory, Always & Forever... Amen. :)

    @jacjacjac i am also a first time mom, and i can understand your worries. Hindi ba sha matamlay, loosing weight, inuubo, on and off na lagnat? Kung hindi, theres nothing to worry about... so pano pla? Pupunta kpa din ba ng ermita to take sputum sample? Hindi ba pede g mag IGRA na lang?

    @PMPdreamer Nakalagay sa MOC email, sputum test and ... or ..., pero walang IGRA.
    Hiningi ko na yung clinical results from Nationwide. Sana mai-email nila agad kasi magko-consult kami sa pedia-pulmo before our schedule sa St. Luke's ermita.

    @PMPdreamer wala syang obvious symptoms. No weight loss or appetite loss, on-off na lagnat or ubo, never naging matamlay..
    Kung makakapag consult kami sa ibang doc, I will call nationwide or maybe email the MOC re: independent recommendation.
    If it is really required, sputum test.

    @jacjacjac decision po pala ng MOC yung sputum test. ask ko lang kung ano nakalagay sa e-medical ni baby mo at sa health assessment sa immiaccount... thanks po and goodluck.... sana walang serious problem si baby mo... nga pala saan ka sa Munti?? sa labas ba or sa loob?? JOKE lang po, nasa Muntinlupa lang din ako, malay mo kapitbahay lang tayo...

    @jacjacjac ganyang ganyan yung note sa resulta ng initial test ko. Ni hindi ko pa nakita agad from nationwide yung actual xray (film version) but instead yung interpreted result lng na nagsasabing may nakita sila sa left side ng lungs ko and until now di pa din nila binibigay yung kopya saken ng film. Dahil hindi ko maintndhan yung sinabi sa letter na nagrefer saken for further test (smear and culture) and for peace of mind, nag consult ako sa pulmo to interpret. So un nga, kukuha ng sample three consecutive mornings, ung smear makukuha agad result, yung culture aabot ng 8-10 weeks tapos mag repeat xray pa ako. Tama mag consult ka sa ibang Dr. Siguro inabot din ng 1-2 weeks gap yung sched ko ng pagkuha ng sample sa st. Lukes malate. You can use that time to consult another Dr. Dont worry, wala shang symptoms. Its probably just bec of BCG vaccine. Ive read a lot about it.

    @dorbsdee @PMPdreamer kahit yung pedia medyo confused din sya sa recommendation kasi hindi daw commited ang hinihingi na test, parang either/or/and ang nakalagay.
    To be clear about that recommendation, nagsuggest ang pedia na kunin ang results then pa-interpret sa other doctors. Worry nya kasi, if ipu-push ang sputum test, hindi din makakakuha ng specimen, lalo na kung wala talagang ubo. Kung mapa-spit nila ang anak ko, okay, pano kung hindi.
    Madami na din daw tests na available to confirm if may TB other than IGRA. But to be sure, until nasa akin na ang official results ng Nationwide, magko-consult na kami sa pedia-pulmo.

    Symptoms no need to worry, nag ge generate talaga ng 603 just in case may "B" comment ang panel clinic. Dalhin mo na lang sa sya sa pulmonogist or specialist and para matignan, and maipapiwanag niya ng husto sayo. Sobrang stressful lang talaga kung mag sputum lalo na kapag sa bata.
