Hi Everyone,

For the past 2 days, i have been encountering submission failure. Hence, I could not have my HAP ID yet and could not proceed with medical examination. I have reported the issue to the technical team already yesterday, 2 days ago and still waiting for their resolution.

I have updated my web browsers (Google Chrome, IE) to their latest versions, I also followed the DIBP's technical support's note about clearing the browsers' caches and history. But apparently, non has worked. I still get the same issue ' Service Temporarily available'.

Anyone can share their latest experience here and may provide their inputs to resolution.

    Upon logging in my Immiaccount today, ito yung nakita kong bagong info sa message board.

    Some clients are receiving a message that the service is temporarily unavailable when attempting to submit their My Health Declarations form. Our technical team are currently investigating the issue and working towards a resolution."

    @dorbsdee Okies, medyo alarmed lang kasi, umaandar yung 60 days palugit to comply with visa application. Medyo matagal pla an response time ng tech support like 5 to 10 days.

    Kaya ito nag ttry nalang muna ako ayusin yung other requirements like supporting docs and nbi clearance.

    @dorbsdee wala pa akong sched kasi gawa ng issue sa my health declaration, need maka pag submit para maka kuha ng HAP ID and referral letter for medicals. Kaya medyo worried ako kasi baka matagalan ng husto yung pag resolve ng technical support ng issue sa Immiaccount.

    Ah ok. Abi nako sa cebu. Kapoy kaayo didto kay wala sa nationwode cebu mismo ang skin test para sa mga bata muadto pa ka sa chung hua.

    @dorbsdee oo kabayan, sa Aug 19 pa. Konting tiis pa, balitaan tay dito pag nag okay na after Aug 18. Mas okay kasi mag lodge ng kumpleto na lahat diba?. from Rizal province ako bai. Itaas ang bandera ng mga probinsyano at probinsyana. Di pa ako naka visit ng Cebu, but hopefully before mag Au maka visit :)
