Our property is a highly regarded small boutique resort located in the Dandenong Ranges.
One of our front desk team has taken on a new role and this will open up an opportunity for someone with hotel and hospitality experience to join our small and friendly team.
We are looking for a vibrant individual who excels in customer service.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:-
Greeting guests and facilitating efficient check in and check out
Assisting guests with enquiries
Handling telephone and email enquiries
Processing reservations
Efficient handling of any guests concerns
To be successful you must possess the following:-
Prior experience working for a hotel, guest house or motel
Experience with hotel reservation & online systems
Superior customer service skills
Superior communication & interpersonal skills
Friendly demeanor and ability to work well with others
Ability to work independently
Fluency in English Language both verbal and written
Flexibility regarding days and hours of work will be required, including weekends.
The successful applicant will be employed under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2010
