Sadly our boarder is moving on as she has found nursing job in a different state...as a result we have a large room with private balcony available for rent from 19 January 2014.

Would suite a student, a couple or a young professional (our last one was a female nursing student)

The room is furnished with a double bed

Located in the Hills area and walking distance to Samantha Riley T Way, with direct transportation to Parramatta, Blacktown, North Sydney and the CBD.

Rent includes $160 per week for a single and is inclusive of:
• Electricity
• Water
• Unlimited internet
• Use of appliances (tv, kitchen, fridge etc)

You will have a lot of privacy and enjoy the majority use of your own bathroom (we use a separate bathroom)
