    @czha need pa rin po kasi migrant visa iyan, ang 489 po kasi ay provisional visa (4-years) meaning non-PR visa po siya. So CFO ang pinag-PDOS ay yung mga migrants lamang po

    as long as you are exiting Ph, the immigration officer in pnas is tasked to look for CFO sticker on your passport if your travel docs says you are first-time migrant. Nasa Article 19, Presidential Dec. No. 442 daw yun kaya gumawa sila ng PDOS. Pero wala naman namention dun sa article na yun na need nila mangolekta ng fee, sabi assistance lang dapat, hehe. Only in the Phils.

    Yes you need to attend that PDOS dahil wala ka na OEC (wala ka ng employer sa babalikan sa SG) so you are required to pay travel tax and airport tax as well. Unless you are clearing your leave at ginamit mo ang mga days na ito para magbakasyon sa pinas, at meron ka pang work pass na ibabalik sa Sg.

    I suggest that if it has gone beyond 3 months since lodgement you may enquire for status or info abt CO allocation.
